REPLACEMENT/REPAIR CERAMIC DISC WATER FLOW CARTRIDGE WITH CONTROL HANDLE FOR 168/168D THERMOSTATIC BATH/SHOWER MIXER TAPS AND 162 SHOWER VALVE:

Principally made from brass, this Ceramic Disc Cartridge is suitable for various Mixer taps and shower valves.  Includes: Control handle, end cap cover, screw and Ceramic Disc Cartridge. The Handle and end cap are made from ABS 'Plastichrome' and the chrome is a 'mirror' finish one. This is the left side part as you look at the front of the Taps/Shower.

To install it with a Bath Mixer Tap or Torpedo style Bar Shower valves, all you have to do is prise off the end cap, remove the grub screw inside, then undo the 'nut' shaped section of the cartridge. Always ensure your water is off when fitting!!

The Dimensions are:  Total Length of Cartridge = 48mm. It is a standard 1/2"BSP size thread (measures 3/4" diameter where it fits into the taps/valve body). This 'inside' section that goes into the Taps/Shower is approx 22mm long.

DIVERTER VALVE FOR TORPEDO STYLE SHOWER BAR VALVE OR SIMILAR WITH 1/2" ADAPTORS.

Specification & Features:

This is an 'All Metal' Diverter Valve with a polished chrome finish. It is suitable to sit on top of a Torpedo style shower valve, or similar, thereby providing 2 outlet functions.

The 'female' base/lower connection is 3/4" BSP but comes with an Adaptor to reduce it to 1/2"BSP (to fit onto a male 1/2"BSP diameter outlet). The side connection is 1/2" BSP 'male' for a shower hose. It is controlled by pulling the side knob. The upper connection on the main diverter is 3/4" BSP 'male' and comes with another Adaptor to reduce it to 1/2"BSP male.

The diverter valve without the adaptors measures some 60mm high in total (including the threaded part on top and nut on the base). The body of the valve is some 40mm (excluding these parts). With the adaptors fitted it measures some 70mm excluding the threads, and some 85mm with the threads.

Rubber washers/seals are also supplied.

At least 0.5 bars of water pressure is recommended.

CERAMIC DISC CARTRIDGE:

New Water Control 'On/Off' Cartridge for most of our 3 Function ('Way') 075 & 076 Shower Panels, and the 3 Way 079 Concealed Shower Valve.

The Diameter of the Cartridge body is some 37mm. The overall length is some 83mm and the brass spindle including splines is 42mm.

There are 4 holes on the base with rubber seals which need to be tightly secured in the tap cavity. It has 2 securing 'lugs' on the base and the distance between the centres of these is 27mm.

The Minimum recommended water pressure required is 0.5 bars, although operating between 1 to 5 bars is recommended.

If your shower is leaking or won't shut off, then you may just need one of these Replacement Cartridges, instead of having to replace the whole shower panel/valve! 

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst this cartridge will fit most of the batches of Showers that we have supplied, on occasions the manufacturer's have installed other slightly different cartridges. Please ensure you check your one before ordering and compare the measurements to be certain it will fit.

There are 5 holes on the base with rubber seals which need to be tightly secured in the tap cavity. It has 2 securing 'lugs' on the base and the distance between the centres of these is 30mm.

The Minimum recommended water pressure required is 0.5 bars, although operating between 1 to 5 bars is recommended.

If your shower is leaking or won't shut off, then you may just need one of these Replacement Cartridges, instead of having to replace the whole shower panel/valve!

• THE CHROME COVER PLATES ARE MADE FROM THIN BRASS WITH A MIRROR CHROME FINISH. THEY MEASURE SOME APPROX 65MM ACROSS IN OVERALL DIAMETER, THE CENTRAL HOLE IS 3/4"BSP (MEASURES 1" DIAMETER), AND THEY ARE APPROX 20MM DEEP. 
• THE WASHERS ARE 3/4"BSP (MEASURE 1") AND HAVE A METAL MESH CENTRE. THIS CAN BE REMOVED IF NOT NECESSARY. THEY ARE APPROX 3MM THICK.
• THE CRANKED OFFSET THREADED 'S' TAILS ARE MADE FROM BRASS AND ARE 3/4"BSP ON ONE END AND 1/2"BSP ON THE OTHER. THE OVERALL LENGTH IS APPROX 45MM. THE THREADED 'MALE' END SECTIONS ARE APPROX 15MM EACH.
• THESE KITS CAN BE USED WITH BOTH WALL MOUNTED TAPS & 'EXPOSED' SHOWERS IN ORDER TO CONECT UP TO WALL-MOUNTED PIPEWORK.

Please note that the threaded brass tails may be chromed so are silver in colour. This doesn't affect them in any adverse way!

REPLACEMENT THERMOSTATIC CONTROL HANDLE FOR 057 BATH MIXER & VARIOUS SHOWER VALVES:

The Control handle comes with a 'stop ring', grub screw & end cap, and fits the 057 Bath Shower Mixer and various shower valves (058, 034, & 063).

Made from ABS plastic with 'mirror' chrome finish.

The stop ring is used to stop the handle turning beyond the 38 degrees point unless the spring loaded red button is depressed.

To install it with a Bath Mixer Tap or one of the Shower valves, to remove the old handle all you have to do is prise off the end cap and undo the grub screw inside the handle.

REPLACEMENT ON/OFF/FLOW CONTROL HANDLE FOR 057 BATH MIXER & VARIOUS SHOWER VALVES:

The Control handle comes with a grub screw & end cap, and fits the 057 Bath Shower Mixer and various shower valves (058, 034, & 063).

Made from ABS plastic with 'mirror' chrome finish.

Fits onto Ceramic Disc Cartridges with 20 Splines (Teeth) that measure some 7.5mm diameter. 

To install it with a Bath Mixer Tap or one of the Shower valves, to remove the old handle all you have to do is prise off the end cap and undo the grub screw inside the handle.

REPLACEMENT ON OFF FLOW CONTROL HANDLE FOR VARIOUS CONCEALED STYLE SHOWER VALVES & PANELS:

The Control handle comes with a side Button & securing grub screw, and fits the 045, 046, 060, 075, 075B, 076, 077, 079, 158, 341, 344 Shower Valves/Panels.

Specification & Features:

Made from Zinc with a 'mirror' chrome finish, the handle measures some 48mm diameter and 29mm deep. They fit onto Ceramic Disc cartridges with 20 splines (teeth) measuring 7.5mm diameter.

To install it with a Concealed shower valve or panel, all you have to do is unscrew the side button and undo the grub screw inside the handle until you can ease it off the splines on the ceramic disc cartridge.

EASY FIT CHROME WALL MOUNTED FIXING KIT FOR EXPOSED SHOWER VALVE & BATH TAPS:

Specification & Features:

This is a pair of Wall mounting kits for a set of Bath taps or 'Exposed' Shower Valve, or similar. It is made from brass with a polished 'mirror' chrome finish on the front cover plates. The Plates are also made from brass (not plastic like the Bristan ones are!).

Each Plate is some 67mm diameter wide and some 17mm deep.

The kits come with two Plates, two threaded sections with 'olives' and two brass securing plate for the wall. The threaded sections are 3/4"BSP(measuring 1" diameter outside) which is the UK standard for this sort of shower/taps.

The kits can be fitted to suit showers/taps with inlet centres as required, not just 150mm ones.

2 screws & raw plugs are also supplied, although the type of wall will determine whether these can be used.
