REPLACEMENT/REPAIR THERMOSTATIC CARTRIDGE FOR SHOWER VALVES:

Symptoms: Does your tap/shower/valve no longer regulate the temperature effectively? Are you getting strange 'surging' or vibration noises? Are you is a hard water area like 60-65% of the UK? Solution: Simply change the cartridge, not the whole tap or shower!

Principally made from brass, this generic is an 'Extra Long' Thermostatic Cartridge is suitable for some of the 060N Shower Mixer Valves we previously sold.

The operating Temperature range is between 20 to 48 Degrees C, and the cartridge comes calibrated to 38 Degrees C. There is no handle with this listing.

To install it with a Concealed Shower valve, all you have to do is remove the handle and unscrew the cartridge using the large 'cogged shape' section. Lubrication may well be needed around the black rubber seals. Always ensure your water is off when fitting!!

Dimensions: Total Length of Cartridge = approx 101.5mm. Widest section = approx 33.8 mm diameter. Other dimensions can be seen in the pictures.
